A recipe by The Petite Cook recently made the headlines, because this ‘magic cake’ was made without milk, eggs or butter – perfect to bake at home during the current restrictions.  The recipe went viral far beyond the vegan-sphere, so David asks what can we learn from vegan products that don’t market themselves as vegan. If we accidentally-on-purpose forget to mention that our products are vegan, can we reach a wider, different marketplace?
