At our vegan business clinics, we spend an hour with a very small group of members to talk about what problems they have in their business right now – and usually, as a group, we solve them! In this clinic, we were joined by members Emma Fry from Vegan Adventure Holidays, Ellie Busby from Vojo, Dr Laura Freeman from Plant Based Health Online, and Adam Kelly from Green Beets Kitchen.
The problems we address in this clinic:
- What’s stopping people downloading your lead magnets and pop-ups from your website.
- How to reach out to customers to get their feedback on why they buy from you.
- How to decide which social media channel you should be using.
- How to plan a social media content schedule and how to create an Instagram strategy to get those who follow you into a sales conversation.
- How to overcome being self-conscious about putting yourself on social and making regular stories.
- How to fight feeling like you’re on your own running your vegan business.
- How to find your brand voice and your niche.
- How building a community around your business allows you to develop a hook for your business away from the product you sell.
- How to build a good company culture when everyone is working separately online and what technology you can use to build better communications between a team of people working together.
