Matthew Glover is probably one of the best-known names in the vegan business sector. In 2014, he co-founded Veganuary with his wife Jane, a challenge encouraging people to try veganism for a month, which has since gained global traction with millions of participants every year. 

Matthew is also the founder of Veg Capital, a venture capital firm supporting vegan and plant-based businesses, and the co-founder of Vegan Fried Chicken (VFC) and the Vegan Food Group.
