I am wondering how to pick people to ask them the questions to understand them and why they choose HWS, what is better – posting on our social media asking for people to come forward and take part or contacting people directly to see if they want to take part. ?

Hey Kevin – start with your best customers, the ones who you want to find more just like them. So if you are wanting to find more corporate customers then reach out to your corporate clients to understand them better. Not everyone will get back to you, and it may take time to set up chats, but it’s important that you are talking to those that have already spent money with you. Let me know how you get on!
